My Movies Collection is a website that helps you manage and organize your Movies (and TV Shows) collection.
No matter if your movies are original Blu-rays or DVDs, or you have a digital collection, you can use My Movies Collection to keep track of your growing collection.
And now you can also use My Movies Collection to manage your wishlist of Movies (and TV Shows) you still don't own.
This is still a beta version and only basic functionalities are implemented. Keep coming back and enjoy constant new features.
No registration needed! Just use your Facebook account! Also, post to your wall each time you add a new item to your collection or mark it as seen.
You can define if you want My Movies Collection to automatically post to your twitter account each time you add a new item to your collection or mark it as seen.
No matter what's the format or physical support of your movie, you can add it to your collection. Blu-ray, DVD, VHS, Digital Copy, you name it...
Create "locations" where you keep your movies. Shelves, cases or computer folders, you'll never lose your movies again.
When you add a new movie we'll generate two automatic, sequencial, numbers that you can write down on your movie case or disc. The 1st is global and the 2nd is per format.
You can mark movies as loaned and specify the name if the person you loaned it to. Never again let a "friend" forget he's borrowed a movie from you!
Share your Movies List with your Facebook friends. You can also share it with everyone (even if they're not your friends) or make it completely private.
If you choose to, you can also manage your TV Shows episodes one by one. Which are owned and seen.
A simple, clean and usefull mobile interface, so you can manage your Movies and TV Shows while watching them seated on your couch.
My Movies Collection was developed by Marco Almeida (@Wonderm00n), Project-manager at a Portuguese IT company called Webdados, Lda. The origin of this web-application was a personal need that evolved into a public free service. This website was highly inspired in MyTVShows, a website to manage TV Shows.
